Morgan Stanley Smith Barney outlines 2010 broker pay scheme

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney outlined the 2010 remuneration plan for its nearly 18,400 brokers, EasyBourse said, citing a Dow Jones Newswires report.

The new scheme will even out the discrepancies in the current structure wherein highest producers at Smith Barney and lower producers belonging to Morgan Stanley get a better payout.
