Offshore law firm plans wealth unit sale to RBC

Offshore firm Mourant is planning to sell Mourant Private Wealth, its private client trust business, to Royal Bank of Canada Wealth, according to report in The Lawyer.

The move forms part of the disintegration of Mourant Ltd, the five-year-old holding company for the firm.
