$1m for the world’s most expensive holiday

Abu Dhabi’s Emirates Palace Hotel is offering a $1m holiday package that includes private-jet travel and a chauffeur-driven Maybach car, according to various Middle East press reports.

The report said the “once-in-a-lifetime" seven-night experience for two includes a deep-sea fishing trip, and an Emirates Palace Sunset and Desert Island tour.

The package includes gifts of Emirates Palace Gold Champagne, the rarest pearls in the world from Robert Wang and a selection from Holland and Holland Sporting Guns, said the report.
