Sir Tom Hunter sells luxury villa in France for £50m

Scottish tycoon Sir Tom Hunter has sold his luxury villa in Cap Ferrat, one of the most fashionable regions in the south of France, for around £50m (€61.5m), according to a report in the Scottish newspaper, The Daily Record.

The property and retail multi-millionaire is believed to have sold the villa, said to be one of the most impressive in the region, to a Russian businessman.
