Ukrainian billionaire reveals buying Hirst painting
Victor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian steel billionaire, on Tuesday disclosed that he was one of the secret buyers at Damien Hirst's record-smashing £111m (€140m) Sotheby's auction, according to a report in This is London.
Pinchuk, estimated to be worth £2.7bn, owns a collection which includes works by some of the most expensive living painters - ranging from Hirst and Jeff Koons to German photographer Andreas Gursky.
