Mistress found guilty of murdering billionaire French banker

A jury at the Geneva high court has found Cécile Brossard, the mistress of billionaire banker Edouard Stern, guilty of shooting him dead during a bout of sadomasochistic sex in his Swiss penthouse, according to a report in The Daily Telegraph, London.

The panel ruled that Brossard acted out of hatred and greed rather than the lesser crime of passion when she murdered France's 38th richest man.
