The seven-night programme includes a health consultation on arrival and departure, a sleep consultation, an aromatherapy back massage using healing essential oils, a body wrap and dry float, a hydrotherapy marine mineral bath, an oriental wisdom treatment which combines the ancient art of Tui-na massage and Shiatsu with therapeutic blends of Chinese herbs and essential oils, a reflexology massage and a soporific treatment by Ila which relaxes the whole nervous system to restore the natural rhythm of sleep.
