J O Hambro fund liquidation costs infuriate investors
J O Hambro Capital Management’s proposal to liquidate its Trident North Atlantic Fund “with immediate effect”, following an apparent plunge in the hedge fund’s client assets to less than £20m (€22.1m), has infuriated its investors, according to a report in The Times, London.
In a letter to investors this month, the investment boutique wrote that the fund, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, would be wound up by Kinetic Partners.
