JO Hambro appoints head of private clients

J O Hambro Capital Management, the boutique investment firm, has hired a chief executive for its private client business.

Andy Steel was previously chief executive of J O Hambro Investment Management. He will report to Gavin Rochussen, chief executive of J O Hambro Capital Management The capital management and investment management entities are separately branded.

Rochussen said: “(Our service) could be attractive to those investors who may have been disappointed with the service and performance they are currently receiving from other providers.”
