Rothschild hires Credit Suisse private banker for Asia push

Rothschild Private Banking and Trust has appointed Mark Jackman from Credit Suisse as head of its business in Asia Pacific and India. Jackman will also sit on the executive board of the London-based bank.

Jackman was head of Credit Suisse Trust in Asia and the Middle East. He will be based in Singapore and report to Veit de Maddalena, chief executive of Rothschild Private Banking.

A spokeswoman for Rothschild said the position was a new one.
