UBP hires new COO

Swiss private bank Union Bancaire Privée has hired a new chief operating officer from larger rival Citi.

Ian Cramb a risk-management specialist who was previously Europe, Middle East and Africa consumer COO at Citigroup, also becomes a member of the bank’s executive committee.

He reports to Guy de Picciotto, chief executive officer of UBP.
