Barclays Wealth taps Merrill executive for MENA operations

Barclays Wealth has recruited Steven Fedor as chief operating officer for the Middle East and North African wealth management operations, according to a report in Private Asset Management.

Fedor joins from Merrill Lynch where he held a platform management role in Dubai.

Separately, Neuberger Berman has hired Brian Fitzgerald, a former relationship manager at U.S. Trust, to work with high net worth clients at its Philadelphia centre.
