Commerzbank offloads Austrian wealth manager

Commerzbank on Tuesday unveiled a deal to divest its 74% stake in Austrian wealth manager Privatinvest Bank to Zuercher Kantonalbank for an undisclosed figure, EasyBourse said, citing a Dow Jones Newswires report.

Commerzbank on Tuesday unveiled a deal to divest its 74% stake in Austrian wealth manager Salzburg-based Privatinvest, which had client assets worth nearly €600m ($889.9m) as on June 30, focuses on private banking, wealth management and securities trading.
