RBC's wealth unit hires for LatAm expansion

RBC Wealth Management, part of the Royal Bank of Canada, has hired a team of two for its Latin America desk in Geneva.

Santiago Cedron and Patricio Demaria join from UBS and JP Morgan respectively and will report to Thomas Roiz, the head of the desk. Roiz joined in July from Citigroup.

Year to date, RBC Wealth Management has hired around 1,100 individuals.
