Investec Private Bank launches private equity service

Investec Private Bank has launched a private-equity specialist lending service for investors.

Loans are available between £2m and £25m and are structured against the private equity investments, company cash flows or investor commitments.

Investec is launching the service to private equity professionals and organisations operating and investing in the sector, after increasing demand from clients.

Simon Hamilton of Investec Private Bank, said: “We believe that this will be a major growth area for us over the next 12 months and beyond.”
