Julius Baer hires finance head from Credit Suisse

Julius Baer, the Swiss private bank, has hired a new head of finance from rival Credit Suisse.

Frank Keller has been named head of finance, reporting to Boris Collardi, chief operating officer at Julius Baer headquartered in Zurich.

He comes from Credit Suisse where he was most recently senior finance officer private banking Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Prior to that, he was at UBS in Switzerland.

RBS to launch new exeecutive bonus plan

The Royal Bank of Scotland will ask shareholders to approve a new long-term incentive plan for executive directors which could see bankers paid four times their salary in shares, after the bank listed its difficulty in attracting and retaining staff as one of the risk factors it faced.
