Barclays Wealth hires sales head for Spain

In the lastest of a string of hires, Barclays Wealth has taken on a head of sales in Spain, the second addition to its Spanish team in a week.

Pablo Martinez Alberola has become head of sales, Barclays Wealth Managers España, the asset management unit of Barclays Wealth in Spain.

He will be based in Madrid and report to Carlos Perez Parada, head of investment and product office, Barclays Wealth Iberia.

He joins from Fortis Investments.
