OECD trims ‘gray list’ of tax havens

The British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands were on Friday removed from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s "gray list" of nations that hadn't enforced international norms for tax disclosure, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.

The OECD said that six countries have now moved off its gray list since April, when the G-20 threatened to impose sanctions.
